Vary Tech advocates the development concept of scientific and technological innovation and operational synergy. Based on its independently developed core technology - oxygen-free pyrolysis technology, Vary Tech has successfully developed the "Drying and Distillation Combined Continuous Converter Carbonization System". This system leads the world's advanced carbon production process, increasing the carbon production efficiency by nearly ten times, revitalizing biomass raw materials such as various agricultural and forestry wastes, and transforming them into clean, environmental friendly, pollution-free biomass energy with high added value, becoming a petrochemical effective supplement of energy, making positive contributions to alleviating the energy crisis and protecting the ecological environment.
 
At present, Vary Tech has successfully implemented the first phase of biochar industrialization and built a heating charcoal project using agricultural and forestry residues and straw as raw materials and a barbecue charcoal project using bamboo, with an annual production of 30,000 tons of physical charcoal. Looking forward to the future, Vary Tech will plan to lay out 12 carbon-based material production bases in areas rich in biomass resources across China. It is expected to produce more than 500,000 tons of biochar annually, contributing more to the vigorous development of China's biomass energy industry with "Vary power".
 
Drying and distillation combined continuous converter carbonization system

System Overview

"Drying and distillation combined continuous converter carbonization system" is an efficient carbonization system specially designed for processing biomass raw materials. This system passes through a series of fine temperature control stages in an oxygen-free environment, allowing the raw materials to undergo drying, pre-carbonization and carbonization processes in sequence, and finally deeply converted into biochar and pyrolysis gas.
 
The pyrolysis gas in the system provides self-heating for the carbonization system through combustion, and the excess hot flue gas is used to provide heat for the drying process. After the high-temperature flue gas is used as heat energy, it is purified through the flue gas purification system to ensure that emissions meet standards.
The "Drying and distillation combined continuous converter carbonization system" outlines a technical path from biomass raw materials to high-value biochar, and is an important solution to meet the needs of biomass energy conversion.

Applicable materials

The system is suitable for all types of biomass raw materials, including agricultural waste, agricultural product processing residues, forestry waste, aquatic plants, livestock manure and domestic waste. Biochar prepared from different biomass raw materials can be widely used in:

Efficient continuous operation, output leads the industry
The system supports 7*24 hours safe and uninterrupted operation. The entire production line adopts PLC/DCS intelligent control system to realize fully automated production throughout the process. The automated coke removal technology ensures efficient and continuous operation of the system, which is 24 times more efficient than the traditional charcoal making system. The production capacity of a single piece of equipment reaches 50 tons/day.
 
Precision sealing design, multiple safety protections
The system adopts a flexible combined sealing process of flue gas dynamic sealing and oil and gas dynamic sealing, and is equipped with nitrogen sealing, purging and replacement functions to ensure the stable operation of materials in an oxygen-free environment and effectively avoid the risk of leakage. The entire production line implements intelligent operations such as real-time monitoring, data collection, operation display, calculation, processing and alarm in core components and key areas to ensure the safety, stability and high-quality operation of the production line.
 
Cascade recycling of thermal energy, significant energy saving and consumption reduction
The system is equipped with an independent hot air device to fully burn the fuel to improve efficiency. Through automatic temperature control of the pyrolysis reactor, the life of the furnace body is extended. The pyrolysis reactor is equipped with guide partitions and regenerators to enhance flue gas turbulence and improve heat exchange efficiency. Hot air reuse technology realizes the cascade recycling of heat energy within the system, reducing the consumption of combustible gas, further improving the thermal efficiency of the system, reducing the amount of flue gas and operating costs, and achieving economic and environmental benefits.
 
Precise temperature control system ensures consistent quality of finished products
Based on biomass raw materials, project requirements and the actual situation of the owner, the system achieves precise temperature control to meet the process flow and ensure efficient thermal conversion of raw materials. The produced biochar has the advantages of high energy density, stable calorific value and high carbon sequestration, making it the best choice for new renewable energy and biomass energy. The by-product wood vinegar can be used as a feed additive to significantly increase livestock production capacity.
 
The factory is eco-friendly and achieves clean emissions 
The entire production line is highly automated and intelligent. The main pyrolysis reactor uses filtered and clean pyrolysis gas. The harmful gases emitted (including smoke, SO₂ and heavy metals) are close to zero, achieving clean emissions.
